Don’t Fund Russian Army and ARMA (Asset Recovery and Management Agency) have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
This marks another step toward systematic action against companies and assets that continue to generate profits for the Russian army.
Together, we are working to:
- identify and block assets that support the aggressor;
- analyze sanction evasion schemes and monitor business connections;
- assess the real effectiveness of sanctions through practical cases, not just reports;
- verify asset managers and partners for integrity;
- collect data on international companies that remain in Russia despite the war.
As Acting Head of ARMA, Yaroslava Maksymenko, emphasized:
“Organizations that systematically track corporate ties with the Russian market are valuable partners in identifying assets that may be working for the enemy.”
And Olha Matseliukh, Director of Don’t Fund Russian Army, added:
“We will not allow money, goods, or assets flowing through international structures to become weapons against Ukrainians.
This cooperation stands for justice, accountability, and the power of united society.”
This partnership is more than a formality —
it’s a united front where the state and civil society fight a common enemy: the money still fueling Russia’s war.
Every blocked asset = fewer resources for the Russian army.
Every company that leaves the Russian market = one more proof that aggression has a price.
Don’t Fund Russian Army. Don’t Fund War.
